Sourced or absent
Every factual value in `data/markets/*.json` and `data/corridors/*.json` carries a source URL and an `asOf` date. A pre-build validation script fails CI if either is missing, if the URL is invalid, if the date is in the future, or if the date is older than eighteen months.
Visible freshness in the UI
The as-of date renders next to every figure in the interface — not hidden in a tooltip. Readers can see when a number was last checked before relying on it.
Compliance switch
`coreSpacesOperates: true` is permitted for the UAE only. The build fails if any other market or corridor destination is marked operational. UI components enforce the same rule: non-UAE pages cannot render enquiry forms or transactional CTAs.
Even-handed comparisons
Comparison pages must state where a non-UAE market wins on a genuine axis — financing cost, EU access, legal precedent, or entry tax. A comparison engine that always favours Dubai is treated as a failed content review, not a successful conversion page.
Secondary sources and owner review
Several figures currently cite consultancy or publisher sources where primary regulator pages were not available at research time. UAE transfer fees and Greek tax suspensions in particular should be reverified against DLD and AADE before major campaigns rely on them.
